Mr. Rakesh K. Jain
Mr. Rakesh K. Jain is a First Class Graduate from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce and had passed his intermediate as well as the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with Merit. Mr. Rakesh K. Jain also holds a Masters in Commerce. Mr. Jain has over 25 years of experience in the field of capital markets, taxation including international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, auditing, and software technologies. Mr. Jain has been actively involved with the Indian capital markets and has held various positions at the Association of NSE Members of India (ANMI), an all Indian association of National Stock Exchange members. Mr. Jain has been the all India President of ANME during 2003 - 2004. Mr. Jain has also been involved with various committees, including the Secondary Market Advisory Committee set-up by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Direct Taxes Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce, one of the committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mrs. Shikha Gupta
A 1995 batch Chartered Accountant with bright academic record, she was advising large corporates & HNI clients on wealth management, before taking the current assignment as whole time Director in the company. She has rich experience in managing Investment portfolio and financial Advisory. She is associated with the group from last 12 years. Currently, she is heading the complete business operations of the company.
Mr. Rajeev Kumar Jain
Mr. Rajeev Kumar Jain is a science graduate. He looks after administration. Now, he is serving the company as a Whole Time Director.
